How to Set Up 2FA for Secure Access
Adding Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to our account significantly enhances your security. Below is a step-by-step guide to set it up, log in, and resolve any potential issues.
I. Recommended Authenticator Apps
To generate the required 2FA codes, install one of these trusted apps on your phone by scanning the QR code with your camera:
II. How to Enroll
Log In to Your Account
After entering your username and password, a new screen will appear with a QR code.
2. Set Up Your Authenticator App
• Open your chosen authenticator app.
• Select the option to add a new account (usually labeled “Scan QR Code” or represented by a plus icon ).
• Use your phone’s camera within the authenticator app to scan the QR code displayed on your account screen.
3. Complete Setup
• Enter the 6-digit code generated by the app to verify the setup.
4. Save Your Recovery Code
• A recovery code will be displayed once setup is complete.
• Copy this code and store it somewhere safe.
Note: This recovery code is critical for regaining access to your account if you lose access to your authenticator app.

When prompted, open your authenticator app and retrieve the 6-digit code. Enter it into the login field.
